Kyrgistan Interim new President

Meet Rosa Otunbayeva prior Minister of Foreign Affairs and now interim Kyrgistan's President. I'm kinda having strange Deja Vu's... Is this the Kaukasus version of the Honduras coup?
'Cause if it is, the simmetry applied seems at least applausible.

Famous German Technology

Illustration for Epohi weekly, Angela Merkel taking advantage of greek economy state to make Greece -after lots of years- finally accept their not working submarine... a business move not to be missed... next time anyone bitches about greek economy, please remind him where our money goes... it goes back to Germany, invested on not working technology so we can buy German friends who provide us with money to feed our public sector... so simple.
Now ain't that an easy enough way to go bankrupt?

Do you remember Syriana? (...)"Corruption keeps us safe and warm! Corruption is why you and I are" (...)

Still it seems none is interested that the damn thing doesn't work!

Iceland Referendum

Two versions of Iceland politics for them to choose.
Iceland's Prime minister Johanna Sigurdardottir and president Olafur Ragnar Grimsson ) for Sunday Epohi. On the grounds to a referendum to be held for Iceland to enter Europe. Between the lines of Iceland's European agenda is repaying back some European banks several tremendous ammount of money which would leave Iceland without Health cover for many years, if i remember right the case.
Visionaire of this european sell out is Johanna the new coalition head and prime minister of Iceland since the old one fell short after their bankruptcy.
On the opposite corner... Olafur president of Iceland's republic that called for a referendum.

US Haitian Invasion

It's hardly a secret anymore, Haitians have more per capta army than Afghans do, and it's hardly anithing at least remotely close to Humanitarian Aid. Even Doctors without borders where denied landing space, given instead to what else, army...

I can't but notice odd similarities, both Haiti and Honduras had denied handing over to US companies their telecommunications, both had their Head of State accused of stealing telecommunications money, both where toppled and exiled... and oddly enough... in the same exact manner!
So, is it only by odd coincidences that Venezuela, finds herself rounded by US army?

New Ukraina

Ok, last week's Illustration (just below) got moved for this Sunday, however the polical circumstances are hardly the same anymore making it more appropriate to alter it adding Viktor Yanukovych (in the middle) between Yulia Tymoshenko and Victor Yushchenko.
